Selex International Ltd was incorporated under the Companies Act cap 486, as a limited liability  Company in 2000. Its Certificate of incorporation number is C.88903.

 SHARE CAPITAL

   : Kshs. 800,000/- (Eight hundred thousand) Prescribed and Paid –up. Presently the Board has authorized a new increment of the Share Capital to Kshs.2.5 Million.

MISSION STATEMENT.

To provide a “one stop shop” solution in ICT Products to the East African corporate market through partnership and collaborative arrangements with international manufacturers and suppliers.
